5.1. Exclusive User Responsibility

5.2. User Representations and Warranties

By submitting any group, channel, or content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you hold all rights and authorizations necessary to publish such content; (c) the content and the linked group, channel or bot comply with all applicable laws; (d) if the content is sexual or adult in nature, all individuals depicted are over 18 years of age and have given their consent; and (e) the content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

5.3. Strictly Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to submit or link groups, channels, bots, or content that includes or promotes:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, depicts, or involves minors, real or simulated. Zero tolerance.
• Non-consensual sexual content, "revenge porn", hidden recordings, or intimate material distributed without consent.
• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced prostitution, or illegal sexual services.
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions for manufacturing weapons or explosives.
• Sale of illegal drugs, weapons, forged documents, stolen data, or illicitly obtained goods.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive financial schemes.
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment, or threats toward individuals or groups.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Any other content that is illegal under applicable law.

5.4. Permitted Adult Content and Conditions

The Site may allow links to groups, channels and bots containing adult content, provided it is legal, consensual, and features only persons aged 18 or over. By submitting such content, you assume full responsibility for its legality. TelXplorer reserves the right to refuse, remove, or restrict any adult content at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6.1. Respectful Conduct

Users must conduct themselves respectfully toward other members of the community.

6.2. No Harassment

Harassment, intimidation, or abuse of any kind is not tolerated.

6.3. No Spam

Publishing unsolicited content in a repetitive or deceptive manner is prohibited.

6.4. Consequences of Violations

TelXplorer reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to reject, edit, or remove any content, and to suspend or delete the account of any user along with all their published groups, channels and bots, upon any violation of these Terms or in response to a well-founded report.

7.1. No Duty to Monitor

Since content is submitted by users and hosted by third parties, TelXplorer has no obligation to monitor, review, or pre-screen the linked groups, channels and bots. We nonetheless reserve the right — but not the obligation — to review, moderate, and remove content at any time.

7.2. Review of Submissions

Requests to publish a new group, channel or bot may be reviewed manually, so publication may be delayed. Acceptance of a submission does not imply endorsement or verification of the legality of the linked content.

7.3. Content Reporting

Any user may report inappropriate or illegal content using the report button on each listing or by writing to [email protected]. We handle reports promptly under a notice-and-takedown procedure.

7.4. Cooperation with Authorities

TelXplorer cooperates fully with the competent authorities. Upon detection or report of child sexual abuse material or other seriously illegal content, we will remove the content immediately, retain any available information, and report it to the relevant authorities (including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children — NCMEC), and we may disclose the data of the responsible user.

8.1. Site's Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its own content, except those belonging to third parties, are the exclusive property of TelXplorer.

8.2. License You Grant Us

By submitting content (such as titles, descriptions, or images), you grant TelXplorer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, host, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.

8.3. Rights Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe that any published content infringes your intellectual property rights, please consult our DMCA Policy or notify us at [email protected]. We will investigate all valid claims and remove infringing content where appropriate.
