Channel RT на русском is the Russian-language channel of RT, a broadcaster funded by the Russian state. It posts reports, live coverage and its own pick of the most-discussed events inside Russia and around the world, including footage gathered on the ground. That context is worth keeping in view: as state-funded media, its editorial line reflects that of the government backing it, something no outlet, public or private, is entirely free of.
